Doric Consolidated (formerly Dorci/Jaxon Consolidated) was created by Harry Xydas in 2018 as a holding company to own construction companies Doric and Jaxon, after he moved to full ownership of both businesses. Doric had previously been part-owned by Mr Xydas and one other shareholder, while Mr Xydas controlled 100 per cent of Jaxon.
The company changed name to Doric Consolidated in 2022, following the demise of Jaxon.
