Ascend Health Group has a unique model of zero management positions or staff. They focus on teaching and empowering individuals to manage and administrate. To do this, it provides weekly training and software tools to reduce time wastage and customer's money on unnecessary management.
In 2023 the company was awarded the Social Impact award at the INCITE Awards, which was run by the WA Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance in recognition of ICT industry leaders in Western Australia.
