Diploma's $160m Chemlabs build
Diploma Group has re-joined the fray at the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority’s Riverside precinct, being named preferred partner to develop the former Chemlabs site in East Perth.

Australand has launched the tender process to find a builder for its planned $21.4 million Port Coogee shopping centre, after a strong response from retailers keen to secure a store in the masterplanned community which is rapidly taking shape.
Work has started on the $21.4 million Port Coogee shopping centre, with national development group Australand signing Adco Constructions to carry out the build.Australand put out the call for builders for the centre, which will be anchored by a Woolworths supermarket, in April.
