The D’Orsogna family has been crafting high quality hams and continental salami products since 1949. Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, D'Orsogna remains a family-owned business and has been a market leader in the production and distribution of a range of cured and cooked whole and sliced hams, gourmet continental goods, bacon and cooked sausages.
In August 2019, D’Orsogna commenced production at its $66 million state-of-the-art 11,000 square metre food manufacturing facility in Victoria, which was officially opened by the Victorian Minister for Jobs, Innovation and Trade.
D’Orsogna employs about 800 people, including 550 in Western Australia and 250 in Victoria.
