Since brothers Carl and Frank Cardaci purchased their first truck in 1968 and officially incorporated Centurion in 1971, the CFC Group has grown significantly. CFC is a diversified investment and development group with interests in distribution, logistics, mining services, property and infrastructure. Its subsidiaries include trucking and logistics operator Centurion, capital equipment supplier CEA (which has brands including JCB, Atlas Copco, Ditch Witch, Dynapac and Komptech) and contractor Cape, which operates in the resources, utilities and infrastructure sector. The group also includes Birchmead Property Group.
