Arts & Cultural OrganisationsThe Arts and Culture Trust was established in Western Australia in July 2022 to replace the Perth Theatre Trust. The Arts and Culture Trust Act was passed in September 2021, replacing the Perth Theatre Trust Act 1979.
The Arts and Culture Trust will oversee all types of art and cultural assets other than theatres, and apply a statewide lens to engagement, business activities and presentation of productions for the arts and the community.
