Georgiou Group has been awarded a $42 million contract to build new facilities at Hollywood Private Hospital while Pindan has been appointed as builder for a housing project in Manjimup.
Under a contract with hospital operator Ramsay Health Care, Georgiou will design and build a new consulting centre and a gastroenterology unit at the Nedlands premises.
Construction will begin next year, with 130 personnel needed at peak.
The new centre is set to open in 2020.
General manager building Steve Okill said the contract came after three months of work under an early contractor involvement arrangement.
“Georgiou has delivered a number of technically challenging design and construction proejcts under and ECI arrangement,” he said.
"This is where our strength lies – in working with our clients to deliver complex medical facilities with a high level of services integration.
“We bring a strong team with proven medical expertise to the project and look forward to building on our relationship with Ramsay Health Care to deliver another piece of vital medical infrastructure to the local community.”
Georgiou is currently delivering the Public Transport Authority’s escalator replacement bridge, Perth Airport’s skybridge and Blackburne Property Group’s Marina East apartments.
Meanwhile, Pindan has been awarded a $2.1 million contract to build nine homes as part of a seniors housing project in Manjimup.
Under the contract, Pindan will design and construct the first stage of the Cherry Glades estate - six three-bedroom, two-bathroom dwellings and three two-bedroom, two-bathroom houses.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2019, along with sales, and completion is planned for August 2019.
Cherry Glades is a collaboration between the Department of Communities and the Shire of Manjimup, with support from the state government and the South West Development Commission.

Between 50 and 60 affordable dwellings are anticipated to be delivered across five stages and will include rental and home ownership opportunities.
Housing Minister Peter Tinley said the project was progressing at a steady rate.
"Residents at Cherry Glades will be able to age comfortably in their community, close to their family and friends and just a short walk from medical, retail and entertainment amenities,” he said.
"This investment in purpose-built accommodation will facilitate economic growth in the region for years to come through construction-related employment."
