Shannon Green has over 25 years of corporate, resource development and mining operations experience across a diverse range of commodities including uranium. He has managed several world-class resource project developments and mines including a number of Australia’s largest iron ore mining operations. He also has extensive experience working in Guinea, having held the roles of general manager of project delivery with Alliance Mining Commodities (2012-2015) and consultant project director with Alcoa Global Mining on the CBG Expansion Project in 2015.
Mr Green was also the general manager of project implementation for ASX-listed bauxite developer Canyon Resources, and played an instrumental role in the development of the high-grade Minim Martap Bauxite Project in Cameroon.
He holds a Qld SSE Mine Managers Certificate, Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering, Diploma of Mining (Surface & Underground), and a Diploma of Finance. Mr Green is also pursuing an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
