Belinda Cleminson has resigned as joint company secretary of Alexium International Group.
Tino Kapfumo has resigned as company secretary of Anson Resources. Non-executive director Michael van Uffelen will assume an interim role as company secretary until a replacement has been appointed.
Barry Patterson, non-executive director of Dacian Gold since 2012, has retired from the board.

Michael Rosenstreich has resigned as managing director of Hexagon Energy Materials, having held the role since March 2017. He will remain with the company in an executive capacity until the end of the year. The company has appointed Justyn Stedwell as non-executive director and joint company secretary, with a view to him assuming the full company secretary role in 2021. Mr Stedwell has close to 15 years of experience with ASX-listed companies in various industries including IT, telecommunications, mining and exploration, bio-technology and agriculture.
IGO has appointed Dr XiaoPing Yang as an independent non-executive director. Dr Yang is a chemical engineer with 30 years of international and multi-cultural business experience in the US and Asia. She was named Outstanding Business Female by Forbes China 2019, Women of the Year 2020 by Entrepreneur Magazine’s Business, and 2020 Top Global Female Influencers in Energy by Oil and Gas Councils.
In accordance with the Deed of Company Arrangement, several appointments had been made to Liquefied Natural Gas. Narinder Singh, Sung Oh Lee, Rose Haddon and Rishi Singh have been appointed as directors; with Ms Haddon also taking on the roles of company secretary and public officer.
Matador Mining has appointed Carol Marinkovich as joint company secretary. Mrs Marinkovich has worked in the resources industry for over 25 years, and has extensive experience in company secretary and corporate governance practices within Australia and internationally.
Shannon Coates is the new company secretary of Metals X following the resignation of company secretary and chief financial officer Fiona Van Maanen, who has been with the company since 2004. Ms Coates is a qualified lawyer and Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of experience in corporate law and compliance.

Mount Ridley Mines has appointed Graeme Johnston as non-executive director and David Crook as technical manager. Mr Johnston is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in a range of commodities including iron, gold and lithium. He has worked in Australia, the Middle East, Romania, Malaysia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr Crook is a consulting geologist and company director with 40 years of experience in Western Australia.
Pathfinder Resources has appointed Shannon Green as managing director and Sufian Ahmad as non-executive chair. Both Mr Green and Mr Ahmad were appointed to the board as non-executive directors in March 2020, with Mr Green accepting the role of executive chair 2 weeks later.
Matthew O'Kane has joined the board of Roto-Gro International as non-executive director, following the retirement of Jamie Myers. Mr O’Kane has over 25 years of experience in the mining, commodities and automotive sectors; and in M&A, capital raising, financial reporting and analysis, internal control and corporate governance, and productive negotiations.
