Board Moves September 23, 2021

Natalie Madden has taken over company secretarial duties from Alexander Neuling at Industrial Minerals. Mrs Madden is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in commerce and public practice, including as company secretary of various ASX-listed entities. Mr Neuling remains a non-executive director.

Nanoveu has appointed Scott Beeton as non-executive chair, with Alfred Chong relinquishing the role to keep his chief executive position separate to the chair. Mr Beeton has over 16 years of experience in leadership, senior management and director roles with ASX-listed companies across the financial services, technology and fintech sectors.

Shannon Green will be stepping down as managing director of Pathfinder Resources on 16 November. Mr Green has led the company through the ASX listing process, with Pathfinder trading on the ASX since November 2020.

Co-founders and executive directors of Pearl Global, Gary Foster and Andrew Drennan, will be resigning as directors on 27 September but remains as executives of the company. Mr Foster will be focusing on further developing its sales channels, and Mr Drennan will lead operational efficiencies for the Stapylton site as it approaches full site capacity as well as the strategic development of future growth alternatives.

Andrew Frazer will transition from a non-executive to an executive director of Triton Minerals, where he will focus on generating shareholder value and drive the development of its Ancuabe project. Lloyd Flint has been appointed company secretary from October following the resignation of David Edwards as acting CEO, chief financial officer and company secretary at the end of September.
