For thirty years, Youth Focus has been committed to improving the mental health of young people across Western Australia.
Richard Kilbane is a longstanding member of Hawaiian’s senior management team. During his career, Mr Kilbane has been a central figure in transforming Hawaiian’s commercial portfolio into one that embraces innovation and where buildings function as more than just a place of work. Inspired by Hawaiian’s philosophy of connecting places and people, Mr Kilbane has established himself as a leader in his approach to commercial strategy, tenant relations, and exploring new ways to help tenants achieve a productive workplace and the right work-life balance.
He is a WA division council member (and president since March 2023) of the Property Council of Australia, and a former committee member of Regional Development Australia.
Mr Kilbane has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program 17 in 2014.
