Pre-commitments absorb bulk of 2015 office boom
After a record-breaking 2012, the past 12 months have been pretty quiet for new office construction in Perth, with little significant space to be added until 2015.
One of central Perth's biggest commercial property owners, the Perth Diocesan Trustees is a body corporate linked to Anglican Church of Australia.
The trustees comprise the archbishop ex officio, two clerical and two lay trustees nominated by the Diocesan Council and six lay trustees elected by Synod.
The responsibilities of the trustees include:
- proprietor of all real estate beneficially owned by the church
- administer other church trusts
- represent the church as a legal entity
- act as the designated employer; administer church investments
