Startups complete Plus Eight
The six-month Plus Eight accelerator program reached its 2018 culmination last night, as seven startups pitched their growth and expansion plans to a sold-out audience.
Hawaiian is a Western Australia-based property company with a difference. With an evolving portfolio across the commercial, retail, hospitality and land development markets, Hawaiian today owns and operates 10 Perth metropolitan shopping centres – all located within a 20-kilometre radius of Perth.
The shopping centre portfolio includes Perth’s home of fashion, Claremont Quarter. Its office building portfolio includes four St Georges Terrace office buildings, all located in the heart of the Perth Central Business District.
The iconic Parmelia Hilton Hotel was among Hawaiian’s first property acquisitions in WA, and in 2021, Hawaiian unveiled its $50 million refurbishment of the hotel and opened a new pedestrian link connecting the CBD’s west-end directly through to the business hub of Brookfield Place.
In Western Australia’s treasured Kimberley, Hawaiian owns and operates Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa. In Fremantle, Hawaiian presents The Sunshine Harvester Works, a food hall with a difference presenting emerging food and beverage operators.
