Founded in 1986 by Ralph and Patricia Sarich, Cape Bouvard Investments is one of Australia’s largest private investment companies. It has been an active property developer with residential and commercial projects across Australia.
Its $600 million property portfolio includes three CBD office towers (including Alluvion and EQ12 in Perth), two apartment buildings, 300 hectares of residential land, 25,000m² of retail outlets and commercial land.
The group raised in excess of $700 million from the sale of office buildings in 2003 and 2006. It retained $300 million for a wind farm project that did not proceed. It is now looking to invest those funds.
In 2022, the group is proceeding to commercialise the last prime hotel site in Noosa.
Cape Bouvard Investments also has a diversified equities portfolio, and invests in automotive technology through its subsidiary Cape Bouvard Engineering.
