Early intervention vital for homeless
ST Bartholomew’s House marks a major milestone this year, having provided support services for the state’s homeless for 50 years.
St Bart's (previously known as St Bartholomew’s House) helps people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, achieve positive life outcomes. The organisation underwent major changes in early 2020, including a rebrand to re-position its services and a new vision which now reads ‘A world where everyone has a home'.
