SwanCare Group was originally established in the early 1960’s as Swan Cottage Homes. Five decades on, the organisation is one of the leading providers of accommodation for older Western Australians. SwanCare Group has built on the foundation created by Dr Richard Cleaver, who wanted to provide affordable accommodation that was safe and secure while still allowing people to socialise and feel like they are part of a community. SwanCare administers WA’s largest single retirement and aged care site at Bentley Park, as well as its sister site at Australind Rise.
Bentley Park covers 15 hectares and is home to approximately 1,000 residents residing in its retirement village, or in one of three residential care facilities.
SwanCare also provides the local, South East Perth community with a suite of home care services with SwanCare At Home.
