Wood to join Lindian Resources board
Hunnu Coal's Matthew Wood will join the board of Lindian Resources, as part of its move to acquire a portfolio of Philippines gold assets.
Matthew Wood’s expertise is in project identification, negotiation, acquisition and corporate development. Mr Wood has an honours degree in geology from the University of New South Wales and a graduate certificate in mineral economics from the Western Australian School of Mines. He is director of ASX-listed Strzelecki Metals, Voyager Resources, Lindian Resources, Haranga Resources and Avanco Resources. Mr Wood is a founding director in venture capital and corporate advisory firm Garrison Capital. He was director of Laguna Resources NL and Signature Metals, and a chair and director at Haranga Resources.
