The company held 100% interests in the Hansen/Taylor Ranch uranium project covering approximately 13,500 acres located northwest of Cañon city, Colorado; and Jonesville coal project comprising 2 leases covering 1,450 acres located to the northeast of Anchorage, Alaska. The Company was acquired by Western Uranium and delisted from the ASX on 18 September 2015.
