Castillo Copper is seeking to raise $3.5 million to fund continued drilling at its copper projects in Chile.

Brian McMaster has been appointed non-executive chairman at Castillo Copper, following director William Ryan's resignation.Mr McMaster is currently a non-executive director at Black Star Petroleum and Wolf Petroleum, and a director of Garrison Capital. 

Castillo Copper has appointed Nicole Fernandes as a non-executive director and Tim Slate as its joint company secretary.Jack James has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. 

Titanium Sands has raised $300,000 by way of a sophisticated investor placement of 42,857,142 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.007 per Share. 

Castillo Copper has raised $3.4 million as the company seeks to undertake drilling to reopen the Cangai copper mine in NSW.

Peter Meagher has been appointed non-executive chair of Castillo Copper. Mr  Meagher is a globally experienced corporate finance and mining executive with more than 30 years of experience as a director of listed companies. He replaces David Wheeler, who has stepped down from the role.

Aurora Minerals has closed its fully underwritten 1-for-1 entitlement offer, raising $1.17 million at 1 cent a share. The offer was heavily undersubscribed, with only $258,630 in subscriptions, while the shortfall of 91,270,212 shares was issued to the underwriter.
