Linda Kenyon

Linda Kenyon was company secretary of Wesfarmers from April 2002 to June 2019. She joined Wesfarmers in 1987 as legal counsel and held that position until 2000 when she was appointed manager of Bunnings Property Management, the responsible entity for the listed BWP Trust. Ms Kenyon is also company secretary of several Wesfarmers Group subsidiaries. She was involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and significant
commercial and property transactions during her 32-year tenure at Wesfarmers.

Ms Kenyon holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from The University of Western Australia. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors.
