Christian Sealey has over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs and investor relations. He has successfully executed strategic business initiatives spanning corporate finance, governance and compliance, investor relations, public affairs, sales and marketing.
Mr Sealey joined Morrow Sodali in May 2018 as chief operating officer for Asia Pacific before becoming chief executive for Asia Pacific in July 2020, and international chief executive in August 2021. Prior to Morrow Sodali, he was the general manager of corporate affairs and investor relations at Macmahon Holdings where he played an integral role in successfully defeating a protracted hostile takeover attempt by CIMIC Group. Mr Sealey had also held senior positions at several ASX50 listed companies including Lendlease, IAG, CIMIC and AWB.
Mr Sealey holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, Strategic Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
