US PPE giant buys Paramount Safety
Paramount Safety Products has joined a wave of large privately-owned companies in Perth accepting big-ticket takeover offers from offshore buyers.
Chris Page is a corporate advisor and the founder of Page Advisory. He has advised on many of the largest family business transactions in Western Australia, working with companies including Paramount Safety, Bisley Workwear, Perth Radiological, Kailis Bros, Micromine, Zenith Energy and APM.
Prior to founding Page Advisory, Mr Page was a director of corporate advisory and M&A at PwC for over 7 years, and has previously held M&A roles at KPMG and Challenger.

A fast-growing US company has purchased Bisley Workwear, six months after buying Perth-based Paramount Safety Products, with the owners of all three companies set to work together.
