Andrew Carter has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions across the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Mr Carter has been with PARC Engineering since January 2019, initially as an operations manager before becoming a project manager in September 2021 and executive general manager in January 2023 where he is accountable for the performance of its engineering business which includes monitoring and evaluating business performance against its strategic objectives and overall corporate strategy. Prior to PARC Engineering, Mr Carter held numerous senior leadership roles to deliver the construction and commissioning of some of Australia’s iconic commercial infrastructure projects.
