Joondalup's future as the Digital Innovation and Cybersecurity Centre Of Australia
The City of Joondalup is a national leader in cybersecurity and is fast becoming the digital innovation centre of Australia.
Cecily Rawlinson
Cecily Rawlinson was appointed director of the WA AustCyber Innovation Hub, recently rebranded as CyberWest, in 2021.
She led the team from global alliance CIVICUS that facilitated the co-design and establishment of seven regional innovation hubs around the world, launching the Innovation for Change network in 2015.
Prior to joining CIVICUS, Ms Rawlinson began her career at the Organisation for Economics Co-operation and Development. She holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
