Stakk (formerly Douugh Limited, formerly ZipTel Limited) is an ASX-listed fintech company.

ZipTel was an Australian owned and operated telecommunications business focused on providing international roaming and calling solutions to the consumer, using state of the art technologies developed and wholly owned by ZipTel Limited.
Ziptel listed on the ASX in June 2014 through a reverse takeover of Skywards and will focus primarily on the distribution of 3 core communications products both domestically and internationally. Ziptel acquired Douugh in 2020 in a reverse takeover deal.
