The National Energy Resources Australia (NERA) was a federal government-funded energy resources growth centre.
Located in the Curtin university campus, with nodes in Adelaide and Brisbane, it focused on all energy resources including uranium, coal, oil and gas.
In July 2023, NERA wound up as Australia’s energy resources Industry Growth Centre. It worked with governments, industry and other key stakeholders to form the Australian Offshore Wind Centre.
