NRI expanded its Australian presence in 2021 by acquiring Sydney-based Planit Test Management Solutions. Separately, ASG Group completed acquisitions of its own - Perth-based SMS Management and Technology in 2017, Brisbane-based 1ICT in 2019, Canberra-based firms G10 Consulting in 2020 and Pragma Partners in 2021, and Perth-based Velrada in 2022.
