DXC Technology is a global IT business formed in April 2017 by the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard.
With the combination of the two companies, DXC Technology has nearly 150,000 staff and 6,000 clients in more than 70 countries, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange. In Australia and New Zealand, the group has 10,000 employees.
