Messages On Hold has come a long way since it was founded by Managing Director, Kym Illman, from his small one bedroom apartment in 1988. Today they're the largest and most respected 'On Hold Messages' company in Australia - and possibly the world - with 70+ staff across Asia Pacific. 2013 marked their 25 year anniversary. In that time their team has amassed a wealth of experience producing telephone audio for thousands of SMBs as well as multi-national corporations in almost every industry imaginable.
