Total Catering Solutions operates from a purpose built facility in Bassendean utilising modern production equipment and the latest technology in computer systems and software packages. The company produces 7000 meals per day over a five-day week for a diverse range of clients. In 2001 TCS launched its 'Easy Meals' division, which supplies a range of complete frozen meals to a diverse client base (including meals on wheels organisations; retail outlets; retirement communities; aged care clients and home deliveries) throughout rural and metropolitan Western Australia. Mid 2002 TCS was awarded the Western Australian distributorship for Prestige Foods International offering 5 Star Stocks and Sauces to the Hospitality sector.
