Kalparrin review points the way forward
NEARLY 18 months ago, local not-for-profit organisation Kalparrin was facing the prospect of closing its doors due to a sudden lack of funding.
Kiind (formerly Kalparrin) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting families raising children living with disability, developmental delay, autism, genetic, rare, undiagnosed and/or chronic conditions. Kiind provides practical assistance, emotional support, connection to other families and help to find the most appropriate services and supports for children and their families.
Kiind is a family-led, independent peer support organisation run by Parents of Children with Special Needs Inc.
