JustKapital was established by Philip Kapp and Tim Storey to offer an alternative litigation funding source for litigants in Australia and New Zealand. It was listed on the ASX in February 2015, having been previously known as African Chrome Fields.
JustKapital is an emerging litigation funding business offering finance to both corporate and individual plaintiffs with meritorious claims but lacking the resources to pursue them. It subsequently moved its operations to Sydney.
