Chalice Gold Mines has made some board and management changes aimed at unlocking the value of the company’s prospective gold and base metal projects and a strong balance sheet.
Andrew Whitten is a solicitor director of Whittens & McKeough, where he specialises in corporate finance and securities law.
He has been involved in a comprehensive range of corporate and investment transactions including numerous initial public offerings on the ASX and NSX, corporate reconstructions, reverse mergers and takeovers.
Mr Whitten has been the company secretary of several public listed companies.
