Philip Kapp

Philip Kapp is a non-executive director of Energy Developments and Modun Resources. He is a partner of Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers. Mr Kapp has over 25 years of legal experience in M&A, capital restructuring and private equity. He is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading lawyers, practicing in the area of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Prior to joining Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Mr Kapp was a senior partner at Clayton Utz (group head of private equity), Minter Ellison (chair) and Andersen Legal. Mr Kapp founded, and was managing partner of, Andersen Legal.
