Perth-based property developer Fini Group was originally founded by Tony Fini in 1956. In 2001, it merged a substantial portion of its assets and all its developments-in-progress into ASX-listed Mirvac Group, however it remained an independent company. After 2010, the company became active as a property developer under the leadership of Tony Fini's son, Adrian Fini.
In July 2020, Fini Group merged its assets with Linc Property to form Hesperia. More recently, Fini Group has emerged as the Fini family office, described as private family group focused on Western Australian assets, the arts and philanthropy.
