Cannon Resources is the spinout of Rox Resources' non-core nickel and base metal assets.
It is a mineral resources exploration company established for the purpose of maximising the value of its Fisher East Nickel Project and the Collurabbie Nickel Project.
Cannon Resources listed on the ASX in August 2021.
Kedalion Nickel completed the acquisition of Cannon in February 2023.
