Mark Stowell is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of corporate finance and resource business management experience. He has founded and managed several successful ventures, including resource companies operating in Australia and internationally.
His initial senior role was manager of corporate finance at global accounting firm Arthur Andersen, involved in significant IPO and merger activity within the resource and energy sectors. Mr Stowell was a founder and board member for seven years at Anvil Mining, a significant African-based copper mining company listed on the ASX and TSX. He was also a joint founder and director of Incremental Petroleum, joint founder and chair of Mawson West, a founder of Blackwood Industries, and a board member and executive of a private healthcare business for 13 years.
