Ampella Mining

Ampella Mining Limited engaged in mineral exploration activities in West Africa. The company focused on the production of gold. It held 100% interest in five tenements in the Batie West project covering an area of approximately 811 square kilometers located in southwest Burkina Faso. The company also had permits covering an area of 161 square kilometers in Tiopolo; and Donko project covering an area of 225 square kilometers in southern Burkina Faso. At the request of the Company, Ampella Mining was delisted from the ASX on the 11 April 2014, following the compulsory acquisition by Centamin West Africa Holdings Limited.
