Downing Teal names new managers

Norton Gold Fields chief executive Dianmin Chen and director Noel White have been made non-executive directors of Bullabulling Gold, following acceptance of the company’s takeover offer.Bullabulling managing director Brett Lambert and non-executive director Ronnie Beevor have resigned.

Aspiring uranium miner Bannerman Resources chief executive and managing director Len Jubber has resigned after seven years at the helm, with his shoes to be filled with former general manager Brandon Munro.

John McGloin and Alex Davidson, who were formerly directors of Amara Mining, have been appointed as non executive directors of Perseus Mining. Guo Qing Li has resigned as a director of Siburan Resources. Mr Li has been a director of the company since August 5, 2015.

Chris Indermaur has joined the board of Austal as non-executive director. Mr  Indermaur has over 30 years of experience in engineering and commercial roles within large Australian companies.

Andrew Penkethman has been appointed chief executive of Ardea Resources. Mr  Penkethman is a resources sector executive and geologist with over 25 years of experience in the resources industry.
