Alltype Engineering was founded in 1985 and has since evolved from servicing mainly the power generation industry to providing pipe work systems, structural steel, plate work and mechanical services to the water, mining, infrastructure and oil & gas industries.
Alltype Engineering recognised the need to control costs by adopting new technologies, and its CNC pipe processing machine is still the largest of its kind in Australia. When a new factory was built during 2010/2011, the original factory was retained and the operation effectively tripled in size.
In November 2019, Alltype Engineering was acquired by WestStar Industrial but will retain its name and continues to trade independently.
