Alita Resources (formerly known as Alliance Mineral Assets) is an ASX-listed mining company headquartered in Perth. It is primarily engaged in the business of developing and producing Tantalite Mineral Resource in Australia. It owns the Bald Hill Tantalite Mine, the various surrounding Tenements, the Project Intellectual Property, and the Bald Hill Treatment Plant (collectively, the “Bald Hill Project”).
The company changed its name from Alliance Mineral Assets to Alita Resources in July 2019.
In August 2019, the company entered into administration, and the company was delisted from the ASX in October 2020.
