Shannan Beal

Shannan Beal is a strategic communications professional with over 10 years of experience across the mining, government, and not-for-profit sectors.

Ms Beal has been a senior consultant of communications consultancy Clarity since February 2022. Prior to that, she held roles in communications at Ability Centre, Catholic Homes WA, Fortescue Metals Group, the Public Transport Authority and Swan River Trust.

As a senior member of the Fortescue Metals Group corporate affairs team, Ms Beal delivered strategic communications and change management advice and support to directors and senior managers on companywide and industrial relations changes. She was also responsible for developing communications plans for internal campaigns and organisational changes, including writing the supporting materials. At Catholic Homes WA, she developed the strategic communications and marketing plan for the organisation across its key target markets, following market research of future and existing customers to ensure the marketing position adopted was relevant and valid. At Ability WA, Ms Beal was responsible for ensuring internal and external messaging was consistent and on-brand across all organisational platforms and channels including website, social media, newsletters and paid digital campaigns.
