Will Moncrieff is a corporate lawyer practising in the areas of corporate, commercial and resources law including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate advisory, corporate governance & compliance, and company restructures.
During his 30-year career, Mr Moncrieff has advised many listed companies on corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, public offerings and commercial contracts.
Mr Moncrieff has been the counsel of law firm Blackwall Legal LPP since July 2020, and proprietor of the legal consulting practice McKenzie Moncrieff Consulting. He was previously a partner of WA law firm Jackson McDonald, director of corporate law firm McKenzie Moncrieff Lawyers, partner of national law firm Clayton Utz, and an executive officer of ASX.
