Ausmex debuts after Eumeralla reverse takeover
Gold and copper explorer Ausmex Mining Group has debuted on the ASX after completing a reverse takeover of Perth-based Eumeralla Resources.
Blackwall Legal is a diversified commercial law firm established in 2015.
Initially operating out of London, founder and managing partner Chris Pearce returned to Australia and established the Perth office in October of that year.
The firm practices law in Australia through Blackwall Legal LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in England but doing business solely in Australia.
In the UK, it operates through affiliate Castle Advisory, an entity incorporated in England.
