Sybrandt Van Dyk has joined Macmahon Holdings as chief financial officer.Mr Van Dyk was most recently the chief financial officer at Westrac.He has previously held a number of senior positions with Kimberly-Clark in South Africa. 

Perth civil engineering contractor Macmahon Holdings has secured a $317.5 million three-year funding facility, upsized from $280 million after the book-build closed oversubscribed.
