Stewart Hutcheon was the executive general manager of retail and group marketing at Dexus, and was responsible for managing its third party retail portfolio. He also has joint responsibility for marketing functions across the group. Mr Hutcheon has over 25 years of experience in property within Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He has an extensive background in property portfolio management across the retail, office and hotel sectors gained in organisations including MAF Properties, Colonial, AMP Capital Investors, Lend Lease and Westfield Holdings. Mr Hutcheon holds a Diploma in Valuations from RMIT University Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is a board member of The Shopping Centre Council of Australia and a member of the Australian Property Institute.
