Dexus is an Australasian fully-integrated real asset group, managing an Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio valued at more than $50 billion. The Dexus platform includes the Dexus investment portfolio and the funds management business. As of 2024, Dexus directly and indirectly owned $14.8 billion of office, industrial, retail, healthcare, infrastructure and alternatives. At that time it also managed a further $39.7 billion of investments in its funds management business which provided third party capital with exposure to quality sector specific and diversified real asset products.
The Group manages an office portfolio of 1.7 million square metres located predominantly across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. It is the largest owner of office buildings in the Sydney CBD.
