Reg Gillard has over 50 years experience in accounting and corporate finance.
He also has extensive experience and significant expertise in the evaluation and acquisition of businesses requiring development capital, initial public offerings, rights issues and placements, together with ongoing funding, corporate governance and compliance issues of listed public companies.
Mr Gillard has served on the boards of more than 30 listed resources companies operating throughout Australia and internationally.
He also formed Specialist Sports Management and as an AFL player agent, he managed dozens of West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers players.
