Formerly a Perth-based company, Aspen Group operates as a property investment and management company in Australia. As at January 2016, Aspen owned 24 holiday and accommodation parks and 2 manufactured housing estates in Australia. An active acquisition program is underway to expand the portfolio.

The Aspen Group has recently divested from its commercial property portfolio and non-core development assets.

The focus of the Group going forward is to capitalise on its leading market position within the “value for money” accommodation sector.
