Hatfull takes on exec role at CMA
In a shake up of newly listed scrap metal recycler CMA Corporation, Peter Hatfull has become managing director, vacating the chairman's role for Alan Good.
Peter Hatfull has over 40 years of experience in a range of board and senior executive positions within Australian and international companies. He has an extensive skillset in the areas of business optimisation, capital raising and group restructuring; and specialises in corporate governance and strategic planning.
Mr Hatfull is a professional director and has been an independent director and chair of several listed and unlisted companies. He had also held senior financial and board positions in Australia, Africa and the UK.
Mr Hatfull was the managing director of integrated metal recycling and contracting company CMA Corporation, based in Sydney, where he managed a period of dramatic growth and increased profitability. He was also the managing director of Algae.tec.
Mr Hatfull graduated as a chartered accountant in the UK, where he worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC), and subsequently moved to Africa where he spent 8 years in Malawi as chief financial officer of the Malawi operation of international trading group Guthrie. Mr Hatfull moved to Perth in 1988.
